Psychology Personality Tests

The campus interview in the colleges will feature the psychology personality tests which will be mostly yes or no questions to assess the personality of the individual and is usually the first step in the campus recruitments. Most of the companies visit the campus for recruitments in the final year and conduct various tests to short list the candidates. Some times the campus recruitments will go in the night time too. The psychology personality tests are conducted by most of the companies to asses the personality job fit nature and if the company is recruiting for sales and marketing personnel then they will be preferring the extroverts mostly and will select only the extroverts for the job and similarly for an accounting job, introverts are preferred and the extroverts will be eliminated and hence for each job each personality type is preferred.

Psychology Personality Tests

To identify the personality types, the psychology personality tests are conducted and will take around 15 minutes to finish the task and there will be student coordinators to evaluate the tests and the results of the short listed candidates will be announced in just 10 minutes. The campus interview will be a great event in the college and sometimes the candidates from various colleges are invited to participate in the campus recruitments and the entire college will be flooded with students from various colleges and it will be a very tough time for the recruiters and similarly there will be around 10 or even more recruiters in the college. Most of the companies that visit the campus for recruitments include the firms in the consultancy field, information technology field, BPO field and KPO field. There will be companies from various sectors and the CV of the students will be collected in large numbers who pass the initial psychology personality tests conducted by the student coordinators in favor of the company. Usually after the personality tests, aptitude tests are conducted to test the various other abilities of the candidates and the candidates passing in all these tests will be called to attend an interview in the hall. The psychology personality tests are mainly used as a tool for short listing the candidates in large numbers. The results of the tests will be enthusiastic for the persons selected and the students who failed will return back to their classes sadly. Then the candidates are finalized after the interview and will be called for the HR interview in the company premises to receive the offer letter.
